Appearances
If you are interested in seeing me in person and talking to me about saving endangered animals, I'm participating in lots of events in places (so far) from Houston, Texas to Florida. I hope to get out more and meet everyone who loves animals, and I'd like to see you at some of these events! Below is a list of the events I've already been to (with pictures!), like Earth Day! Jaedyn gave away over 100 saplings!
Trees can help reduce the greenhouse effect in two ways:
1. Trees directly absorb CO2 - the primary greenhouse gas -
from the
atmosphere during photosynthesis;
2. Shade from trees can reduce air conditioning and energy use,
which
reduces the amount of CO2 emitted by power plants*.
